As a huge Lush fan, there's quite a few bath bomb and bubble bar reviews on my blog. I've had a few Lush shower products lying around so I thought I'd switch it up a little bit and do a little review on them instead! Most people opt for a quick shower to freshen up rather than a bath, but why not pamper yourself in the morning to get your day off to a good start? The Lush Comforter Shower Cream and the Lush Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub are the best way to do that.

Us girls like to pretend that we have our beauty routines perfected and we stick to them religiously. However, unless its an eyebrow shaping appointment, I don't believe for a second that every single gal who acts this way actually sticks to these rules. Even though I know exactly how to keep things looking as flawless as possible, I can rarely be bothered to put the effort in to do it every. single. time. Since January is all about motivating yourself to become a better version of you, I thought I'd share my slobbish beauty bad habits with you all. Hopefully, I may realise how gross these things are when looking back on this post and break the worst habits! If not, I may help someone else feel a little better about their lack of routine and realise that nobody really keeps it up all the time without fail.

Last week, myself and Matt decided to book ourselves a nice little last minute break to Wales during our time off work. After searching for a good deal on Booking.com, we came across a beautiful 4 Star gem, The Quay Hotel & Spa in Conwy. We took a quick look through the absolutely divine imagery, fell in love with the idea of a visit here and booked it straight away. If you're thinking of taking a trip to Conwy and need somewhere to stay, it's definitely worth taking a look at here! Our visit just couldn't go unmentioned here on the blog, and you can find out more about our two night stay below...

Back in August 2015, I managed to land myself an amazing apprenticeship working as a Social Media Marketing Assistant. Throughout the following months, my team evolved and changed quite dramatically, naturally resulting in a little bit of a job change, one of which I couldn't be happier with. Around this time, I was asked to attempt to write a blog post for one of our websites, helping me to discover how much I enjoyed writing. My role gradually became more content focused and before I knew it, I was writing blog posts every day. However, that's just the beginning of the story...

From a young age, I was always the 'quiet kid' who never spoke up and was always quite shy. As I began to grow up, everyone around me seemed to become more confident, but for some reason, I just couldn't muster up the courage to do simple things like speak up in class or make eye contact during conversation. Growing tired of feeling low and unable to do simple things, I took a trip to my GP and ended up having counselling sessions for a fair few months. Of course, I'd always advise to seek out help for a more personal approach to dealing with anxiety, but I've taken a few of the top ways from my sessions for dealing with anxiety and explained in a little bit of detail below. If you feel you just need a little boost or in need of some tips whilst waiting to speak to someone, these should be able to provide a little bit of relief!
